Congratulations to Ms. Lauren White, HPA Teacher of the Year! Ms. White is a high school ELA teacher who earned a master's in curriculum and instruction (Master's of Education). She is from South Carolina where she received a BA in Secondary Education English Language Arts from North Greenville University.
She was nominated by a fellow teacher who said, "She goes above and beyond for her students in the classroom in addition to being an advisor for FCA and making sure the yearbook is done well. She's often at extra-curricular events taking pictures and cheering on her students." White is also an End of Course (EOC) Department Head.
We are proud Ms. White will represent HPA for South Carolina Teacher-of-the-Year. Thank you to all of our teachers and staff for all you do for our students!
