Middle & High School Move to Virtual Learning

Dear HPA Families-
Recently our middle and high schools have seen positive cases of COVID-19, and through contact tracing, this affecting students and staff. To ensure the middle and high school students' and staffs' safety, those schools will immediately begin virtual classes. Starting tomorrow, Friday, December 4th, middle and high school students will work virtually. Students will be contacted about classes and assignments by their teacher.

Those students will remain virtual until after the holiday break and return to school on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. During this time, our goal is to maintain their safety while providing students with quality instruction. Teachers will be available during each school day to assist students and families.

Elementary school students will continue to report to school each day. The elementary school will be monitored and evaluated daily.

We understand this decision can be difficult for some families. However, out of an abundance of caution, we feel this is the best option. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and your student(s), especially as we face this challenging situation together. Thank you for your support of High Point Academy.

If you have any questions, please reach out to the appropriate grade level principal with your concerns. They will be able to help you best.
