We have a grant winner on campus! A huge congratulations to our very own Ms. Marsha Edens, high school special education teacher at High Point Academy, for receiving the 2026 Palmetto State Teachers Association (PSTA) Classroom Grant! 🏆✨
PSTA surprised Ms. Edens on campus to deliver the exciting news. This grant will fund essential kitchen supplies—like measuring tools, mixing bowls, and cleaning supplies—for our employability and life skills program. These hands-on resources will empower students ages 13–18 to master meal prep, kitchen safety, budgeting, and independent living skills! 🍳📊

We are incredibly lucky to have the freedom and flexibility to step outside the traditional classroom setup, adapt our lessons, and turn learning into a hands-on experience.
