Please join us in congratulating Mr. Grey Lancaster and Ms. Kelly Buster as they take on new responsibilities at HPA. Mr. Lancaster will join the administrative staff as executive director of compliance and procurement, while Ms. Buster assumes his role as elementary school principal. Mr. Lancaster will transition to his new role over the next several months as he and Ms. Buster share administrative duties in elementary school until a new assistant principal is hired.
Mr. Lancaster has 13 years of experience in education and is certified by the South Carolina State Board of Education in mathematics and as an elementary and secondary principal. He also has endorsements in Gifted and Talented and Read to Succeed Requirements.
Ms. Buster joined HPA as assistant principal in 2019. Backed by 24 years of experience in education, she is certified by the South Carolina State Board of Education as an elementary school principal and a school librarian.
These promotions recognize Ms. Buster and Ms. Lancaster's immense contributions to High Point Academy during their tenure and we look forward to supporting them in their new roles.
