It is the vision of High Point Academy (HPA) High School to become the school of choice in South Carolina. Our students benefit from rigorous academic courses, including several college classes taught on and off campus through our Dual Enrollment Program. Additionally, we offer various electives and Career and Technology (CTE) courses tailored to student needs.
Students learn that their talents will open the doors of opportunity, but their character will keep them in the room. We work to build character by teaching the principles of honor, integrity, and service. HPA students are challenged to become critical thinkers and problem solvers, as outlined in the South Carolina High Graduate Profile.
Other opportunities include a career fair, college visits, and scholarship assistance. Students can participate in clubs such as the National Honor Society, Beta Club, Student Council, Hope Squad, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Fishing, and more. Students also learn the value of hard work in championship athletics and many of our student leaders serve as leads in various plays and performances hosted by the HPA Fine Arts Department.
Our teachers, staff, and administration are committed to graduating well-rounded, accomplished students prepared to make a difference in their families, colleges, careers, and communities.
