Middle School

Welcome to HPA Middle School! High Point Academy’s Middle School is composed of grades six through eight. We offer a loving school culture where everyone who enters our doors is welcomed as part of the Grizzly family. Our teachers and staff truly care about their students and support a safe and nurturing environment to help all students succeed. Our culture is built on positivity with students and centered around The 3 Rs (Rights, Respect, and Responsibility).

Each month we celebrate Student of Month in each grade level. The students who are chosen are recognized during an assembly and presented a Grizzly of the Month t-shirt. We also have a quarterly Academic Pep Rally, where we recognize students who make Honor Roll. Here at HPA, we believe in building strong relationships with our students and families. It is important for us to work together to best support our students. Please reach out to your student’s teacher for questions or resources to be used at home to support your child. We also encourage you to be a part of our school PTA to provide your insight and support for the school.

Thank you for visiting our website. We look forward to working with all of you and getting to know you.
Middle School Principal Mrs. Harris
I am honored to be your principal. I’m a graduate of Lander University and Clemson University. I have been in education for 21 years as a classroom teacher, STEM teacher, assistant principal, and principal. I have been married to my middle school sweetheart for 20 years. I have one daughter, Molly, who is a sophomore in high school. As a family, we enjoy spending time with our family and friends, camping, and cheering on our Clemson Tigers!
