Seniors Alex Chandarana and Harrison Gomer were recognized at the Board of Directors meeting Monday, August 28, 2023 for their academic honors from the College Board National Recognition Programs. These programs celebrate students' hard work in high school and showcase their strong academic performance. The academic honors for the National Rural/Small Town Recognition Program award students an opportunity to share their strong academic achievements with colleges and scholarship programs that are seeking to recruit diverse talent. To qualify, awardees must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher, score within the top 10% in the state of South Carolina on the PSAT/NMSQT or PSAT 10 and attend school in a rural area or small town. We are so proud of these students!
