Athletics play an important role at High Point Academy Spartanburg. The Grizzly Athletic Program allows students to compete against other schools in the South Carolina High School League (SCHSL) in Class A, Region 1. We have twelve teams that compete in eight different sports at the high school (9th-12th) level, including basketball, baseball, cross country, soccer, softball, volleyball, wrestling, and track & field.
At the middle school (7th-8th) level, our students compete in the Foothills Conference in basketball, volleyball, and wrestling. Whether as a player or as a fan, athletics involvement is a vital part of the school’s educational experience. We encourage you to come out and support Grizzly athletics.
CLEAR BAG RULE
Safety and security are our top priorities at any school-related event or program. A clear bag rule and screening process are in place to help prevent patrons from bringing prohibited items into events and enhance safety at all High Point Academy athletic events and programs. One clear bag per person is allowed with admittance to events. Bags are available in our school store and will be sold at the gate when they are in stock. Click here for more details.
